Course Structure
This course covers the path from raw wrist-worn accelerometry to reproducible analysis: device and study design, reading and processing raw signals, activity metrics, analysis and summaries, and quality control. Throughout, it distinguishes observed data from inserted, filtered, resampled, or inferred values.
